Our Expertise
Our attorneys, Howard Bundy and Caroline Fichter, are nationally recognized franchise lawyers. They’ve co-authored the Washington and Oregon sections of the Franchise Law Deskbook and regularly speak at industry events. Howard was one of the editors of the book entitled “Representing Franchisees” published by the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. Howard has regularly advised federal and state franchise regulators regarding franchise regulation for thirty years. Caroline shares her insights through writing and speaking engagements and is currently a member of the Board of Governers and Program Director for the 2025 50th Annual Forum on Franchising.
